1. Offer and contract conclusion
All offers are non-binding and without comitment. Telephone orders are legally binding, written confirmations must be checked within 7 working days. If there are cancellations after 7 working days the contractor is entitled to charge cancellation fees up to 20 % of the contract. In default of acceptance the customer is liable for any costs.
2. Prices and Payment
The prices on our homepage are included VAT plus shipping costs. All prices relate to the specified quantity. On our homepage you can pay by paypal, credit card, sofortüberweisung.de (2% discount), bank transfer (payment in advance 3% discount) , payment made on account (online for existing customers - within 10 days without any deduction).

3. Shipping & Returns
The shipping costs are Euro 15,00 ( Denmark, Finland, Sweden, France, United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Switzerland); Euro 12,00 (Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary); Euro 25,00 (Russia, Turkey, Croatia); Euro 4,80 for Austria (free shipping on orders above € 99,00); Euro 5,95 for Germany (free shipping on orders above € 99,00). The stated delivery times or dates are only fixed dates if it is confirmed explicitly. The type of shipment can be chosen by the contractor. The goods are always shipped insured.
4. Defects and warranty
The customer has to check the delivered goods carefully - immediately after delivery. All defects have to be claimed in writing text form without any delay. All information on size, colors, specifications, etc. are with reservation. Product changes that improve our products are also reserved.
5. Retention of ownership
The goods are until full payment of the purchase price, interest and related costs associated with its enforcement, in property of the contractor. If the goods are seized or attached, the contractor must get in touch with the costumer within 3 days. So the contractor can communicate and give him all information and support of the enforcement of property rights which are necessary.
6. Revocation
Revocation right
You may cancel your contract within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail) by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing. The revocation must be sent to:

The Austrian law is valid. , the application of the CISG is excluded. Place of delivery is the place of business of the contractor. As place of jurisdiction is the regional court in Innsbruck. These terms and conditions will remain binding even in case of legal invalidity of individual items or other parts.
